Funded, supported, and cost-effective
In addition to the many benefits of taking on an apprentice, there is currently government funding available to alleviate financial costs.
- Up to £5,000 in government funding to cover the cost of training*
- Up to £3,000 in additional incentive payments if you’re a small to medium-sized employer and employ a younger apprentice
- Minimum hourly rates of £8 per hour
This means you can invest in skilled talent with minimal cost to your organisation, making apprenticeships a smart and accessible solution.
Apprenticeships we offer
At BESA, we deliver high-quality apprenticeship programmes designed to build real-world skills, including:
- Level 2 Administration Assistant Apprenticeship – completed over 15 months
- Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship – completed over 18 months
We also offer programmes within early years and school sectors.
