There will be a Planning & Environment Committee meeting of Marston Moreteyne Parish Council on Tuesday 13th October 2026, commencing 7.00pm, in the Francis Keep Room at Marston Moreteyne Community Centre, Great Linns, Marston Moreteyne for the purposes of transacting the following business.

3. Dispensation Requests. To consider any dispensation requests received by the parish clerk in relation to local and/or disclosable pecuniary interests, not previously recorded.
4. Open Forum. Members of the public are welcome to present any matter relevant to the parish of Marston Moreteyne and each parishioner will receive the attention of the council for a period not exceeding 3 minutes, with a maximum of 15 minutes in total, unless directed by the chairman.
5. Minutes of meetings. To confirm and adopt the minutes of the Planning & Environment Committee meeting of Marston Moreteyne Parish Council held on Tuesday 1st September 2026
