There will be a Finance & General Purposes Committee meeting of Marston Moreteyne Parish Council on Tuesday 6th October 2026, commencing 7.30pm, in the Francis Keep Room at Marston Moreteyne Community Centre, Great Linns, Marston Moreteyne for the purposes of transacting the following business.

AGENDA

1. Apologies for absence
2. Disclosure of local and/or disclosable pecuniary interests
3. Dispensation Requests. To consider any dispensation requests received by the parish clerk in relation to local and/or disclosable pecuniary interests, not previously recorded.
4. Open Forum. Members of the public are welcome to present any matter relevant to the parish of Marston Moreteyne and each parishioner will receive the attention of the council for a period not exceeding 3 minutes, with a maximum of 15 minutes in total, unless directed by the chairman.
5. Minutes of meetings. To confirm and adopt the minutes of the Finance & General Purposes Committee meeting of Marston Moreteyne Parish Council held on Tuesday 1st September 2026
6. Matters arising from the minutes – for information only. To receive a written report providing an update on matters following the previous meetings.
7. Financial Reports. To receive Income & Expenditure report for all cost centres.
8. Invoices for payment. To approve invoices for payment and be notified of any income since the last meeting.
9. Community Centre
(a) To receive any additional defects identified during the month. To consider any further action to be taken.
(b) To receive a report of repairs completed and annual inspections carried out/due.
(c) To consider service of automatic front door.
10. Play Areas. To receive annual inspection reports and updates. To consider any action to be taken.
11. Correspondence. To receive any correspondence and resolve a suitable course of action.
